WRONG ITEM RECEIVED TWICE!
It is REALLY FRUSTRATING...
I ASKED FOR WHITE/SILVER STARS, it seems to be a problem with the product, they sent me the WHITE/SILVER TWINKLE STARS one...
I purchased it in amazon ONLY because I needed SPECIFICALLY the WHITE/SILVER STARS in the RIGHT DAY...
This order was time sensitive, anyhow everybody can make mistakes, so I called to let them know that It was wrong and they told me that they will fix it, they will not make the same mistake they will resend the backpack.... they ask me to send it back and they sent me "THE RIGHT ONE" but today (24 days after) I got in the mail AGAIN THE WRONG BACKPACK!...
Not to mention the other hydration pack that I bought in the same order that got lost in the mail...
I just want to place the complaint, I feel really frustrated and don't want to hear again a customer service representative telling me that "he assure me this will not happen again"
My recommendation: don't buy TIME SENSITIVE ITEMS.... don't think that you can have the very same item you are watching in the website.

Jansport Backpack
My son selected this bag though I wanted him to take other model. He loved it sooo much. It is light one and very comfortable for his back. All his friends liked it .

Wrong and unacceptable color of Jansport
The shipping time is ok, but the color is totally wronge. It is impossible to carry the kind of color to outside.

Color may vary, wonderful backpack after all.
I did a lot research on those backpacks, I was first settled with jansport right pack, but after looking at my pal's superbreak I decide to get that one. Right pack is just long, not much of a impact on volume, just long...
I settled with Dark French Gray because I havent seem anyone use it in school, it arrived today with nice package, the fabric feels strong, and it look bigger than the photos. I can put in : 2 thick high school books, pencil case, planner, one novel, and a study guide about 5cm thick, maybe I can squeeze in one more sparrow note book, but thats it, it has lot of space, so I have room to put in a lunch bag or a sweater, the front little packet fit one TI calculator, back up pens, my cell phone and electric translator in the small pocket, and maybe a wallet and some little junkies...
I hope it wont break, cuz I'm taking lot of AP class, I have to carry minimum of 2 thick book everyday, but I think this backpack will do. its very very simple compare to my old Nike one, but I'm impressed with how many thing it can fill.
the color..I was expecting gray color, but the color looks like dark grayish green, it doesnt look bad~ but I was hoping for the gray...oh well~
yep, its simple, I dont know if its strong, and it looks cute~ the color is little off, but I like it!
I will see how long it last,
it feels wonderful on your back btw, its light and feels just right~

Jansport backpack
This is a great standard backpack, simple and sturdy. My kids don't need iPod ports and tons of little pockets; generally those go unused. Maybe when they're all older...I do like the huge variety of colors and fabrics. My daughter loves the pattern and how it is unique. I wish Jansport was cheaper, but then again when I do buy cheaper backpacks, the zippers break and the seams unravel. Recommended for all!
